Tony Jaa stars in this showcase of the ancient Thai fighting style of Muay Thai. Featuring martial arts choreography by Thai action star Phanna Rithikrai, every crushing blow has been fearlessly performed by Jaa without use of wires or computer enhancement. When a good-luck statue is stolen from his village, a young man (Jaa) volunteers to travel to Bangkok to retrieve it. He soon learns that he must use his arms, legs, elbows and head to recapture the sacred statue for his people.
