John Cusack leads an all-star cast in this dark political satire set in Turaqistan, a fictional country in the Middle East that is owned and operated by American industrialists. The company hires a hitman (Cusack) to kill off a difficult oil minister. In order to pull of the hit, he must pose as the wedding planner of a popular local pop star (Hilary Duff).
