Welcome to Geraldine Ferraro Elementary, where every child has been left behind and the classrooms are held hostage by the insane Principal Billings (Rob Corddry). When district inspector Rebecca Seabrook (Eva Longoria Parker, TV's Desperate Housewives) arrives to shut down the school, she offers the beaten-down Vice Principal Tom Willoman (Jason Biggs) the chance to take back control.
