If you like Bean, you'll love this. Bean wins a trip to France that starts wrong and doesn't ever seem to get back on the original track. In true Bean fashion, he hops into a taxi taking him miles from his destination. Once there, he gets off the train to render assistance to a boy who has been separated from his father. After losing his wallet and passport, Bean and the lost boy try to earn a few dollars by performing for a crowd of spectators to which the crowd goes wild showering them with coins. Bean and the boy use their newfound wealth to buy some food and try to make their way to their destination city. But Bean and the boy are separated from each other before they get very far. Once Bean makes it to France he mistakenly ends as an extra in a movie and meeting a young beautiful star who offers to give him a lift to his original vacation spot. But before they make their way to the French Coast, they run into the lost boy who has been befriended by a band of hippies. So the lost boy, the young star and Bean take off together making a stop at a movie premiere and it is here that the lost boy is reunited with his father and Bean winds up impressing the movie director. This is a film well worth watching.
